Same loop, same moment — only the band moves. Flip between them.
Now test it. Which one is it this time?
Name the band by ear.
Identify is frequency ear training at its simplest. One frequency band has been boosted or cut. Flip the EQ in and out, then name the band, from 63 Hz to 16 kHz in octave steps. It starts on pink noise with three bands to choose from and ends on a full mix, where the move can be a boost or a cut.
How it works
- Press Start and listen. Flip between EQ In and Bypass as often as you like.
- Pick the band you think moved (keys 1 to 9). From level 2, sometimes nothing changed, and No change is the answer.
- Miss one and Help me hear it plays your answer against the real one, then tests you on the pair.
